So its obviously been sometime since I last updated the old blog, the archive for which I will link later. So what prompted me to start again, well the initial aim is still the same to attempt to capture our new life in America and in addition have some form of diary to look back on in later life, so whats new I ask myself well, the big difference is that I have been recording all of the above for some time now, just not in the written format.

Since moving to the US my interest in photography has been rekindled, in addition like everyone else in the planet, my phone is now a portable camera, looking back at my photo stream I can see that on average I am still taking four to five photos a day during the week. About two weeks ago I decided that I wanted to be able to record these in a more structured format and also hopefully share them with family and friends on one platform so a new blog this is.

so here we go again… be warned since we moved 4 years ago, this family has grown by two, there will be pictures of dogs.
